How do I get this downloaded onto my iPod? I'm a new iPod user and like GTD and thought getting this as my first podcast would be cool.

Thanks!

[...] Knowing that we had spoken to David on a previous episode of The Personal Productivity Show (Episode #003), Jason helped to reinforce many of GTD’s key points and subtle nuances. He also provided the perspective of the guy who does this stuff because he needs to, not because it is easy for him (he does seem to do it well, however). [...]

Hi Russ

Thanks for the tip. I'll take a look at Bretts stuff. I must admit that I played around with Notes based tasks, but didn't like them. So I tend to use Palm Desktop for tasks, contacts and notes, and Notes for email and calendar. I use Intellisync for syncing to help this process.

I'll give Brett's stuff a try, as I reckon the basic premise for Notes is good, just the task feature was a bit annoying to implement for me.

Best wishes

Hi guys, really interesting show you have... Just a quick one for Des - if you're a Notes user, then either check out the product from Mr Allens old company Actioneer (www.actioneer.com) for a tool to intelligently add tasks/calendar entries/contacts (like the other one you guys have for outlook - the name escapes me) - otherwise, one of my colleagues has created a GTD database that you can run in Notes - http://www.brettphilp.com/worksmart/ I'm sure we'd both like to know what you think of it! I've forwarded your link to him, but he's not really into Podcasting yet. Keep up the good work...

Thanks for the great podcasts guys.

I'd love to see you guys interview the creators of the newsoftware "My life organised" http://www.mylifeorganized.net/ Andrey and Oleg. It is similar to Life Balance from Llamagraphics, but avoid many of that softwares limitations (ie it has outlook and Mind manager sync, and has a beta pocket pc version). I have no affiliation with them, but I do use the software and have made suggestions to them as to how to improve the beta pocket pc version.

Cheers
