Good show guys - got a few odd looks as I listened to the show whilst shopping for groceries - mad person chuckling by the vegetables . . .

You mentioned in a previous show that you colour code your outlook appointments eg make them green when complete.. how do you do this in outlook

Wade, I just do this:
RIGHT CLICK (on the appointment) > LABEL
Outlook has a list of pre-populated categories for appointments which are meaningless and too hard to change, but I like the pretty colours. :-)

how about creating a subscription for yor excellent podcast so I don’t need to check here every week
