<description>Hi Guys! Love the show... and whilst doing some random research on the internet came across this: http://www.meetomatic.com/calendar.asp. It's not quite the calender in the sky you'd like, but it narrows down available days and then you could use http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/advmeeting.html to work out your exact times. Havn't used any of them myself, but thought I would let you know the internet is moving towards you! Scarlett</description>

		<description>Hi Carl

Good trick. Sometimes we need to make the most of the small pieces of time we have.

Do you have to go out during the day, visit customers, suppliers, etc, or are you mostly office bound?

Thanks for commenting

Best wishes

<description>You were talking about tricks for combining things together to avoid procrastination? Here's one for you. I now park a mile away from my office, which: (1) gives me some exercise; (2) gives me time to listen to podcasts; and most importantly: (3) forces me to do the return walk in the heat, rain or snow at the end of the day. And if I'm running late, I have no choice but to run.

For me, making the decision in the morning to park that far away is very easy, because I'm energized and want to listen to my stuff. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter if I want to or not - I'm forced to do the walk.

I've maintained this regimen for 6 years, so it can't be all bad!
